Northwestern Seattle is a fairly small defined neighborhood, and only includes two areas inside of it: Greenwood and Broadview. The second is the Greenwood Seafair Parade, and they just held their 60th annual installment of it. Greenwood hosts the oldest sanctioned Seafair Parade in the country. At the end of every July, residents line the streets to usher in floats and talents of all kinds and, of course, the famous Seafair Pirates.
Northwestern Seattle Homes and Condos
Homes in Northwestern Seattle come in all shapes and sizes. Because its western side borders the ocean, the potential for an oceanside home on top of a bluff is very good. These waterfront homes are all facing west, which makes for stunning sunset view over the ocean.
