I would like to share with you our experience
we had when purchasing our new home in America.
We are Australians and have recently moved to
Seattle to set up home permanently.
Although we had lived here previously we had
no experience in purchasing a home. We first contacted
Laura-Lee 12 months ago when we visited Seattle.
We asked her to show us some homes for sale. Laura
Lee asked us to make a list of 10 homes that we
would be interested in looking at. She then added
a few that she considered would suit our needs
with three growing children. She was able to add
some homes to our list going by the information
we had given her and the style of home we had
in Australia.
During the following year we stayed in contract
with her, often emailing to ask questions. She
would on occasion post homes that we may be interested
in looking at. She was able to explain to us all
the necessary information about Home insurance,
House Inspections, Mortgage Lenders, Pool Builders,
Shed Makers etc that we needed. Brett travelled
back in November 2008 and Laura Lee again took
him around to see more homes and provide information
about the homes we had previously looked at.
We eventually made an offer on a house which
I must add was one originally selected by Laura
Lee. During the buying process Laura Lee made
several phone calls to us in Australia to update
us on the sale.
She followed through with the home inspection
by accompanying the building inspector on the
day of inspection informing us at all times of
what was happening.
The experience we had with Laura Lee was that
of a professional, who was informative, friendly,
and extremely helpful without any overt sales
pressure.
We would now like to call Laura Lee one of our
personal friends.
We have no hesitations in recommending her to
you. We would purchase again and again from her
and have told all our friends about this wonderful
experience we had. Laura Lee looks after her clients
no matter how long it takes and is always professional
in her approach.
